誤區之一:盲目追求“健康型(xing)”。“健康(kang)”仿(fang)佛(fo)仍然是今年空調(diao)的(de)一大賣點(dian)。近來,各廠商紛紛推出了(le)自己的(de)健康型(xing)空調(diao),而且(qie)在(zai)廣告中大加宣(xuan)揚。健康空調(diao)可改善室(shi)內空氣質量,但(dan)并非(fei)像(xiang)廠商吹(chui)噓的(de)那樣"神"。目前,健康型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)主(zhu)要有(you)三種:負(fu)離(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)、冷觸(chu)媒(mei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)和換(huan)氣型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)。負(fu)離(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)是(shi)在普通空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)上(shang)加裝了一臺負(fu)離(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)發(fa)生(sheng)器。負(fu)離(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)確實(shi)對某(mou)些疾病(bing)有(you)療效。負(fu)離(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)在空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)壽(shou)命(ming)很短,為兩三分鐘左右。所以(yi)在使(shi)用者附(fu)(fu)近安裝一臺負(fu)離(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)發(fa)生(sheng)器,比買負(fu)離(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)更(geng)劃算些。據(ju)說甲醛(quan)是(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)病(bing)的(de)(de)(de)元兇,冷觸(chu)媒(mei)的(de)(de)(de)吸附(fu)(fu)作用可在短時間(jian)內(nei)消除甲醛(quan)。甲醛(quan)的(de)(de)(de)來(lai)源主(zhu)要是(shi)油漆的(de)(de)(de)揮發(fa),對不(bu)(bu)常裝修居室的(de)(de)(de)家(jia)庭來(lai)說,冷觸(chu)媒(mei)顯(xian)得(de)有(you)些多余。至于換(huan)氣型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao),還(huan)不(bu)(bu)如直接打開窗子(zi)更(geng)方便。中(zhong)(zhong)國制冷學會有(you)關(guan)人士(shi)指出(chu),空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)病(bing)不(bu)(bu)像人們所說的(de)(de)(de)那樣可怕,健康空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)治(zhi)愈空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)病(bing)的(de)(de)(de)"偏方"。
誤區(qu)之(zhi)二:貪多(duo)求全趕潮(chao)流。空調市場新品迭出,令人目不暇接。盲目跟風,不僅(jin)浪費錢財,而且沒有(you)必要。其實,空調僅(jin)是(shi)一種制(zhi)(zhi)冷和制(zhi)(zhi)熱的機器,并(bing)非高深莫測(ce)。消費者購買空調,應該綜(zong)合考慮性能價格比(bi),否則花錢買回(hui)一堆"花哨"的功(gong)能,用處(chu)并不大。在節(jie)能方(fang)面(mian),消費者(zhe)應注意:渦旋(xuan)式壓縮機"主要用(yong)于(yu)柜式(shi)空(kong)調",效率最(zui)高,依次是旋轉式(shi)壓(ya)縮(suo)機、活(huo)塞式(shi)壓(ya)縮(suo)機;采用(yong)(yong)電(dian)子膨脹閥比用(yong)(yong)毛細(xi)管作(zuo)節(jie)流元件的(de)空(kong)調(diao)省電(dian)。另外,空(kong)調(diao)的(de)噪音受多(duo)方(fang)面因素的(de)影響,切(qie)不(bu)可僅僅由廠商廣告中打出的(de)分貝值(zhi)就(jiu)作(zuo)出決定。
誤區之三:過分依賴大商(shang)場(chang)。同其他的(de)家電一(yi)樣,我國的(de)空調銷售(shou)(shou)以(yi)商(shang)場(chang)為主渠(qu)道,大多(duo)數消費者習慣(guan)于(yu)到大商(shang)場(chang)購買(mai)空調。近年來,我國的(de)空調專(zhuan)賣店(dian)發展很快,與大商(shang)場(chang)相比,專(zhuan)賣店(dian)銷售(shou)(shou)毛利一(yi)般都(dou)定在(zai)3%~10%,而商場的毛利(li)則在10%~18%之間,專賣店的平均(jun)售價比大商場低(di)10%。 |
